This is a proposal. It is not a program you can enter, and it is not advice about your own case.
- Not a government site. Rome Coffey and Sonic Eagles LLC published this. It is not the White House, a campaign, the RNC, DHS, CBP, ICE, the Treasury, or Congress. The flag, the eagle, and the mark are not government seals. Nothing here is an official act.
- Not legal advice. Nothing on this site, including an answer from the question box, is legal advice or an attorney-client relationship. It is not confidential. Do not decide to stay, leave, pay, or speak about your own entry because of what you read here. A real case belongs with a licensed immigration attorney. A real departure belongs on official DHS channels.
- No enrollment and no payment. This site opens no file, takes no money, and grants no status, no work card, and no protection from removal. $177,600 is a proposed fine. It can be collected only if Congress writes it. Do not send money to anyone who says this page told you to.
- This page removes no one. “Be removed” is proposed language for a government priority: refuse both doors, or miss three payments on a path Congress has not written. This website has no power to remove, bar, or punish any person.
- Do not confess here. Do not type a name, an A-number, a Social Security number, an address, or facts about your own entry or about a child. If you have started to, stop. What you type is not a filing and it is not protected.
- Names are not endorsements. A person or institution named on this page is a reference, not a sponsor. None of them has reviewed, endorsed, or joined this proposal. The President is the subject of a proposal, not a sponsor of it. The Federal Reserve is not a party to the Fine.
- The numbers are illustrations. A figure tied to Pew, CRS, GAO, DHS, TRAC, Cato, or a named poll is that source’s figure, as of the date written beside it. The cash tables, and the $1.15 trillion ceiling, are take-up cases. They are not a CBO score, not a Treasury forecast, and not money already collected.
- Independent speech. This is not a political committee, not a request for a contribution, and not coordination with any campaign.
