True Accountability does not legalize anyone.

Until Congress writes the Fine and the status rules, this door is a notice of intent and a known file. It is not work authorization, not protection from removal, not a benefit, and not citizenship.

The adult admits the entry was an invasion of this country. The reason does not change it. Work, hardship, and family do not erase the entry. The child did not choose it, and the child is not the one who admits it.

Three misses. Then removal.

A missed month is a strike. Curing it does not erase it. The rule applies only to an adult already on the path, and only if Congress writes the Fine. Refusing both doors is not a miss. That person is already on the list. Fraud, a new crime, or flight is not a miss either. Those end the path the same day. The child does not pay.

  1. 01

    First miss

Notice the day the month is late. Thirty days to bring that month current. The strike stays on the file even if you pay. The path stays open.

  2. 02

    Second miss

A second notice. Thirty days to cure. The file is flagged. The path stays open only if that month is paid inside the window.

  3. 03

    Third miss

If the third month is still unpaid after thirty days, the path ends that day. The adult is removed under existing law, behind people with a criminal conviction and ahead of people still unknown. No restart. The child does not pay.

  • The first condition is the admission. No admission, no path.
  • Qualifying family units only. Not anyone who can pay.
  • No disqualifying criminal record. New crime ends the file.
  • Window through December 31, 2027.
  • The 1776 Fine is $177,600 per qualifying adult. The standard term is $1,480 a month for ten years. An adult who needs twenty years can take them. The Fine does not shrink. The longer term is more interest, and the review waits until the Fine is satisfied. Collected only if Congress authorizes it.
  • Faster pay means less interest. Pay in full and the interest is 0%. A year-9 review exists only if the statute says so.
  • Three missed payments end it. The first two can be cured in thirty days and still count. The third, unpaid after thirty days, ends the path. Fraud, a new crime, or flight ends it the same day. There is no fourth chance.
  • Military-age service is a later condition in the statute. It is not part of the launch.

Not a filing

One question. A door.

Ask in plain language. The door answers. It does not enroll you.

Not a government service. Not legal advice. Not confidential. Do not type a name, an A-number, or anything about your own case.
